Out today is The Walker Roaders self titled debut LP. Released via Ginger Man/Beverly Martel label group, the album presents 9 original tracks in the Celtic/Punk tradition.

‘Smokes’ is the next single to be taken from the upcoming Hawk Eyes LP Advice out 6th September.

This track is special as it features a guest vocal by none other than Richard O’Brien, writer of the stage play The Rocky Horror Show and later film adaption The Rocky Horror Picture Show.

In case you missed it, James Fearnley, co founder and long time member of the Pogues is back with what you could certainly call a Celtic-Punk supergroup called The Walker Roaders.

The group is made up of Flogging Molly co-founder and Grammy Award-winning producer Ted Hutt, multi-instrumentalist and key Dropkick Murphys member Marc Orrell, as well as Bassist Brad Wood, fiddler Kieran Mulroney and drummer Bryan Head.

Out today is the official music video for the new track by Maxi Priest ‘I’m Alright’ featuring Shaggy. The music video was shot in Casa Bocado, Escondido in Manhattan.

Last night was a special occasion for singer songwriter Louise Connell as she launched her album Squall Echo Rale at The Glad Cafe in Glasgow!

The double album can now be pre-ordered for wide release on June 7th from Louise’s Bandcamp page.

From ultra-smooth pop to electro-pop, we have two new co writes from Jon Allen.

The first is the Engelbert Humperdink song ‘You’ written as a collaboration between Jake Fields and Jon Allen. The track is beautifully carried off by Engelbert, who even at the age of 83 has incredible vocal quality.

The second track is ‘Don’t’, a brooding, sleek modern electro-pop piece written in collaboration with Veiga Sanchez.

We are thrilled to say that Wardlaw artist Carl Hayley features on the new album by Swiss pop singer and TV personality Stefanie Heinzmann!

Carl helped to co-write the track ‘Not Giving Up’, which features as track one on the new album.
