Jon Allen releases his latest single ‘Back To The River’ to coincide with live dates across the UK and The Netherlands. The track is from Jon’s forthcoming album “A Heightened Sense of Everything” due for release August 23.

Jon Allen has released a new single this week, ‘Can’t Hold Back The Sun’, a feel good single, with an uplifting message of moving on and moving forward inspired by Jon coping with self-isolation and the optimism of the post-lockdown future.

Jon Allen’s beautiful track ‘In Your Light’ is featured throughout the new episode of Oh My Goodness from Aled Jones. The weekly podcast, which premiered on April 07, is what everyone needs right now - goodness. It celebrates the good news we don’t usually get to hear.

From ultra-smooth pop to electro-pop, we have two new co writes from Jon Allen.

The first is the Engelbert Humperdink song ‘You’ written as a collaboration between Jake Fields and Jon Allen. The track is beautifully carried off by Engelbert, who even at the age of 83 has incredible vocal quality.

The second track is ‘Don’t’, a brooding, sleek modern electro-pop piece written in collaboration with Veiga Sanchez.

We have several exciting gigs to share from our artists as the summer season approaches. For the first time we have 3 bands playing Camden Rocks festival, as well as album launch gigs from Paperface and Louise Connell.

‘Bad Penny’ by Jon Allen has been synced in the film Breaking and Exiting, the story of a young burglar who breaks into a house only to find the owner, Daisy, about to commit suicide.

2017 looks set to be another busy year at WM Towers with new music scheduled in Q1 from the likes of Dan Reed Network, Paperface, Reverieme, Wizzy Wow & The Blackheart Orchestra and Q2 releases from Thomas Teago, Pete MacLeod, Hawk Eyes & Ginger Wildheart amongst others. This in addition to new co-writes from the likes of Wizzy, Tully Gun, Jon Allen, & Simon Davis.

Jon Allen’s tracks ‘In Your Light’ & ‘Night & Day’ are featured throughout the novela ‘Sete Vidas’ on Brazil’s premiere channel TV Globo.

The tracks, the only ones used in the show by a UK artist also feature on the show’s soundtrack album release by Som Livre.

Wardlaw Music artist Jon Allen recently had his track ‘Sweet Defeat’ synced on the ABC Disney TV series “Resurrection”. “Sweet Defeat” was played on Season 2, 3rd episode.

Resurrection follows the lives of the people of Arcadia, Missouri which were forever changed when their deceased loved ones miraculously returned, causing them to confront the emotional complexities of their relationships.

Singer-songwriter Jon Allen is touring the UK in October and November in support of his widely acclaimed new album, Deep River.

Deep River is the third album from Jon Allen. With a great voice and melodies that shimmer and sparkle like the best summer days, he has now become somewhat of a regular on the playlist at Radio 2.
